DR. FRITZ PINNOCK
President, Caribbean Maritime University
Dr. Fritz Pinnock is the Executive Director of the Caribbean Maritime University (CMU) and an international maritime & logistics consultant who has worked on numerous projects in collaboration with the Governments of Canada, France, British Virgin Islands, Suriname, Bahamas, United Kingdom, Guyana and Barbados. He has also worked with several regional and international agencies such as CARICOM, IDB and the World Bank.
He is a special advisor to various Government and non-governmental agencies and is a member of several associations, including Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport (FCIT), Jamaica Association of Administrative Professionals (JAAP) and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI).
He has written several publications and his articles appear in books and training manuals on instructional systems design and workforce training and development. He has conducted several short-term courses, seminars and workshops on Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) systems.
Dr. Pinnock has authored three books and co-authored three others. He has several other publications in multiple languages including French, German, and Spanish. He is a recipient of the Prime Minister’s Medal of Appreciation for Outstanding Contribution to Education.
