Senator the Hon. Kamina Johnson Smith, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade (left) received a Courtesy Call on Thursday, June 15, from the Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Nicaragua, H.E. Mr. Valdrack Jaentschke, at the Ministry’s Dominica Drive offices.

Minister Johnson Smith and Vice-Minister Jaentschke discussed the deepening of the Jamaica/Nicaragua relations in the bilateral, regional and multilateral spheres. In particular, they underscored the importance of developing closer trade and investment ties and agreed to explore mutually beneficial initiatives to this end.
