The presentation was made ahead of the CARICOM-Canada Summit held during the period October 17 – 19, 2023, which saw the attendance of both Prime Minister Andrew Holness and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Senator the Hon. Kamina Johnson Smith.
