Jamaican High Commissioner-Designate to South Africa receives Letters of Credence from Foreign Minister

Caption: Joan Thomas Edwards, Jamaica’s new High Commissioner to the Republic of South Africa, received her Letters of Credence today (March 30) from Sen. the Hon. Kamina Johnson Smith, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade.

 

They discussed the High Commissioner-designate’s plan to deepen the existing cultural and technical exchanges in particular, as well as create new and expand and create trade opportunities between the two countries.
