Caption: The Jamaican High Commission in Trinidad and Tobago recently hosted two receptions in commemoration of the 61st Anniversary of Jamaica’s Independence on August 5 & 7.
The event held on Aug 5 was in honour of the Jamaica community in T&T.
The reception on Aug 7 was attended by the Diplomatic Corps, Government Officials and the Business Community. Three Jamaican women, who head Regional Organizations with offices in Trinidad and Tobago, were honoured for their leadership at the event.
