Caribbean Ministers deliberate post-COVID economic recovery-Senator the Honourable Kamina Johnson Smith and her CARICOM Trade counterparts deliberated on the region’s approach to a post-COVID economic recovery at the 50th Regular Meeting of the Council for Trade & Economic Development (COTED) held on May 6. The Ministers highlighted a number of challenges in coping with the delivery of relief efforts, including the high levels of informality among the region’s population as well as the related low levels of financial inclusion.
