Foreign Affairs Minister reaffirms Jamaica’s commitment to bilateral and multilateral cooperation with Costa

Arnoldo André Tinoco, the Foreign Minister of Costa Rica  in the margins of the 77th Session of the United Nations General Assembly.  They reaffirmed their commitment to bilateral engagement and multilateral cooperation, including in the Organization of American States (OAS),  Community of Latin American and Caribbean States  (CELAC) and the United Nations (UN) on issues such as climate resilience and development financing.
