Jamaica leads trade discussions at the 8th CARICOM-Cuba summit as the country and the region celebrate 50th Anniversary of diplomatic relations with Cuba

Caption: Sen. the Hon. Kamina Johnson Smith, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade is currently participating in the 8th CARICOM-Cuba Summit in Barbados, where she is representing Prime Minister Holness.

The Minister is also leading the trade discussions on the behalf of CARICOM.

This Summit has added significance, as its gets underway on the 50th Anniversary of diplomatic relations between CARICOM and Cuba as well as the 50th Anniversary between Jamaica and Cuba.
