Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Senator the Honourable Kamina Johnson Smith leads Jamaica’s delegation to the 12th Italy- Latin America and Caribbean Conference held in Rome. The Minister has called for renewed commitment to equitable, rules-based trade and inclusive investment, noting that many small and vulnerable economies remain excluded from concessional financing despite persistent structural challenges.
