Johnson Smith addresses the opening of the Sierra Leonean Consulate in Jamaica

Kamina Johnson Smith, Minister, Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade at the official opening of the Sierra Leone Consulate in Kingston (Feb. 7).

 

The Minister, pointed to the intrinsic historical link between Jamaica & Sierra Leone, through the Krios—primarily descendants of 16th Century Jamaican Maroons, who today, form a vibrant part of the Sierra Leonean society.
