Caption: The Trade Board Limited conducted a presentation on the Jamaica Trade Information Portal at the Foreign Ministry’s headquarters in Downtown Kingston on Friday, October 7.
The presentation was made to the Diplomatic Corps.
State Minister in the Ministry of Industry Investment and Commerce, the Hon. Norman Dunn was in attendance. The Foreign Ministry was represented by the UnderSecretary of the Trade Division, Mrs. Joan Thomas Edwards.
The portal which is the first of its kind in the English speaking Caribbean, was launched in 2019 will assist with making the trade process easier by providing regulatory information related to all cross border transactions on a single easily searchable platform.
