Belgian Ambassador pays Courtesy Call on Minister Johnson Smith

Caption: His Excellency Mr. Hugo Verbist, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium to Jamaica paid a Farewell Call on Sen. the Hon Kamina Johnson Smith, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Tuesday, July 11 at the Ministry’s waterfront HQ.

The dignitaries observed that whilst bilateral cooperation in transport, the shipping industry and marine education continues earnestly, there is room for partnership on renewable energy and water purification projects. They also discussed the need for more international support for Haiti.
